Service: Adorvi (the "Service"), operated by Rishi Venkat Effective date: June 15, 2026 Last updated: June 15, 2026

Rishi Venkat ("Adorvi," "we," "us") respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This policy describes how copyright owners (or their agents) may notify us of allegedly infringing content under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, how affected users may respond with a counter-notice, and our repeat-infringer policy.

This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

1. Designated Copyright Agent

Notices of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to our Designated Agent:

Copyright contact: Rishi Venkat (operator of Adorvi)
Email: help@adorvi.com

A mailing address for formal legal notices is available on request by emailing help@adorvi.com.

Please note: under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing (or was removed by mistake) may be liable for damages. If you are unsure whether content infringes your copyright, consider seeking legal advice before submitting a notice.

2. How to Submit a Takedown Notice

To be effective, your written notice to our Designated Agent must include substantially the following (per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or, if multiple works, a representative list).
  2. Identification of the allegedly infringing material, with enough detail for us to locate it - including the Letter URL and a description of the specific photo or content.
  3. Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature (the signature of the owner or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf).

Send the notice to help@adorvi.com.

3. Our Response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will:

We may also remove content at our discretion under the Terms and AUP, independent of the DMCA process.

4. Counter-Notice

If you are a user whose content was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notice to our Designated Agent containing substantially the following (per 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)):

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location (URL) where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, mailing address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or their agent.

Send the counter-notice to help@adorvi.com.

5. Restoration After Counter-Notice

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complaining party and inform them that we may restore the removed material in 10 to 14 business days. We may restore the material unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the user from infringing.

6. Repeat-Infringer Policy

We will, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, suspend or terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual-property rights. We may also terminate access for a single egregious infringement.

7. Misrepresentations

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), a person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed or disabled by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Submit notices and counter-notices in good faith.

8. Non-U.S. Rights Holders

If you are outside the United States, you may still submit a notice using the process above. We will also consider valid takedown requests under applicable local law (for example, under the EU Digital Services Act or other regional notice-and-action regimes).

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date.
